GYEON Q² Booster 30ml
Booster is a top coat used on freshly-applied ceramic coatings to boost hydrophobicity and gloss. A layer of Gyeon Booster upgrades a consumer-grade ceramic coating to a professional-grade coating like Gyeon DuraBead.
Extreme Hydrophobicity
Gyeon Q² Booster generates extreme hydrophobicity when paired with high-quality quartz coatings, reaching a contact angle of up to 120°. This is a very high contact angle, meaning water cannot stick to the surface.

Preparation Before Application
Ensure the base coat is an HQ-quartz/ceramic coating. Apply only on dust free, dry coatings. Prepare the surface with an iso-alcohol wipe to ensure an oil/grease-free surface.
Avoid applying in direct sunlight. Skin protection is recommended. Work in a well-ventilated area.
Application of Booster
Apply in moderate amounts in a criss-cross motion. The product flashes fairly quickly, so you will go by feel more than sight as you apply over each area. Wipe off immediately; ensure an even layer.
How Q² Booster Bonds with the Base Coating
Booster is recommended on "fresh" coatings, because it chemically reacts with the basecoat. It's not two sheets of dry paper that goes on top of one another, it's two wet mushy sheets that merges when dried.
Drying and curing is different; drying is when the solvents/water evaporating from the applied coating, but the molecules will continue to bond and strengthen their structural links over time, thus coatings will have a, say "1 hour dry time, 7 days cure time" period. For optimum results Booster goes on when your base coating has "dried" and not "cured".
